Introduction

SynCold® DRG series are synthetic naphthenic refrigeration lubricants specifically designed for hermetic refrigeration compressors using R600a refrigerant. They are ideal for low-temperature applications. The combination of carefully selected base oils and advanced additives ensures the SynCold® DRG series offers excellent chemical and high-temperature thermal stability, especially when used with hydrocarbon refrigerants like R600a.

Designed for factory fills and OEM modifications, SynCold® DRG lubricants keep hermetic refrigeration compressors running smoothly.  A special anti-wear additive package minimizes wear by creating a strong lubricating film during operation.  The outstanding low-temperature performance ensures sufficient lubricant return to the compressor even at low temperatures, preventing malfunctions caused by paraffin blockages in the capillaries.  SynCold® DRG lubricants have excellent solubility and miscibility with natural hydrocarbons, particularly isobutane, and maintain very low water content.
