Description

​

GD2000 is a high viscosity compound ester with excellent hydrolysis stability and shear resistance. It is an efficient and easy-to-use thickener for use in mineral and synthetic oils, recommended for thickening in various lubrication applications.

In some formulations, GD2000 compound ester can be used as an enhancer for sulfur-phosphorus extreme pressure agents to replace chlorinated paraffin wax.   It exhibits excellent thickening performance, allowing for equivalent viscosity at lower addition ratios.

⦁    High temperature grease: 15~40%
⦁    Industrial gear oil:  50 ~85%
⦁    Automotive gear oil:  20 ~60%
⦁    High temperature chain oil:  10~30%
