Ester Production
Goncord owns 10 sets of stainless steel high-pressure sealing reaction caldrons, it being the largest volume per unit in Asia.
Esters produced at temperatures from -30°C to 300°C and includes atmospheric vacuum distillation, alkaline rinsing, and solvent recovery, ensuring independent, stable, and reliable production.
Safety and Disposal
Goncord produces all products in factories that adhere to national standards and operate under a strict QHSE management system (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment).
We also have specialized wastewater and waste gas treatment systems to handle acid/alkaline waste and ensure safe storage and transportation of hazardous chemicals. Our automated control system, utilizing Siemens temperature sensors, guarantees precise control of production parameters, ensuring consistency and product quality traceability.
