Goncord G2800 series of ester base oils for internal combustion engines are formulated using neopentyl polyols and saturated fatty acids through an advanced manufacturing process with a special post-treatment for enhanced performance. 

 

This series of ester base oil offer excellent oxidation stability, wear resistance, and exceptional dissolving power. They can swell sealing materials, dissolve previously insoluble additives, and facilitate a homogenous mixture of additives, ultimately ensuring engine cleanliness.

Applications

 

They are particularly suitable for engine oils with viscosity grades such as 0W-16, 0W-20, 0W-30, 0W-40, and 0W-60. They can be blended with PAO, GTL oils, and Group III hydro-treated base oils.

 

• Multi-grade automotive engine oil (Group III oil + G2800), 5 to 15%

• High-end automotive engine oil (PAO/GTL + G2800), 5 to 25%

• Industrial gear oils and wind turbine gear oils,  5 to 10%
