Description
Goncord ester based series for fire resistant hydraulic oil is produced through the reaction of neopentyl polyol with long-chain unsaturated fatty acids or dibasic acids, followed by refinement using advanced processing techniques.
This series of hydraulic oils boast high flash and ignition points, along with excellent flame retardant performance, reduces the risk of combustion from hot metal, sparks, open flames, and hydraulic system issues. High biodegradability, exceeding 90% according to OECD 301B test method, makes this series ideal for use as a base oil in both fire-resistant (HFDU) and biodegradable (HEES) hydraulic oils.
